Can the condition IBS be treated with drugs?

Following a discussion with our podiatrist Carole who has a keen interest in Skin conditions including fungal.
We started to talk about the condition Dysihidrosis. (please refer to previous blogs about this condition).
It has been proven that by taking the drug Nystatin there were visible differences with a patients IBS condition.
Nystatin is an anti fungal many moulds and yeast infections are sensitive to this including CANDIDA.
After 1 cycle of this drug the patient described herself feeling better. But 2 cycles of this drug improved IBS symptoms by 30%.

If you suffer from IBS it may be an idea to seek help from your GP or a skin specialist.
